- Two-thirds of the respondents currently have or in the past have had a paid job.
- All the respondents think that an employer has rejected a job application on grounds of disability.
- Two-third of respondents agree that the job application process puts disabled people at a disadvantage.
Half of the respondents haven't felt forced out of a job as a result of poor disability related awareness from their employers.

It is better for employers to be thinking in terms of what you can do rather than what you can't do. Employers should realise that as a disabled person I have issues that need to be taken account of in order for me to make a good contribution to their company.
