Because my disability is so severe, I'd want to let my employer know asap... Reasons being, if the employer is aware they will know what to expect. If I was considered - it gives employer plenty of time to make the required adjustments to the office or desk area!

My condition bears no weight on the way in which I am able to work. However, the adjustments I may need, such as the mixing deck closer to me and the mouse in my left hand, do impact on my performance on air.
