Personal evidence

 Rebecca Unsworth - Huddersfield

[On the first journey] it was an older bus and the driver couldn't park next to he kerb, but he was very helpful. It was a good journey apart from the bar in the middle of the wheelchair space.

[On the second journey] I couldn't get on the first bus because there were two prams on already. Then the driver claimed to not know how to secure the wheelchair until I tried to leave and take a taxi.
