25 May 2010 Taxi Terrors - UPDATE

Back in January I had a bad experience when using a taxi, which I wrote about in this previous blog – 'Taxi Terrors'

I had written to the taxi firm and in February received a reply as follows –

tx1

So I waited to hear back from them to know the result of their internal enquiry.

However, I had not received a reply by April and so wrote back to the taxi firm asking about the enquiry, and again also asking about their policy to add an extra charge for the time it takes to take out and set up the ramp for a disabled passenger.

I have since received the following reply –

tx1

tx3

So, it turns out that the company do not charge for the time it takes to set up a ramp, which is good to know - but it also means I was overcharged!!

    Hi Jagz

It seems to me that they now owe you some money. What do you think?

Good news on getting them to acknowledge their drivers' errors though.
