The trains are generally quite good around here, but you sometimes arrive at the station and the staff members aren't there in time with the ramp. In these situations I have to ram my wheelchair in the doorway to stop the driver pulling away and me being left on the train. I also get really irritated having to call 24 hours in advance to use the trains as I can't travel spontaneously.

Up until recently I had only ever had bad experiences on the buses and had almost given up hope of using them because drivers didn't seem to understand how to use the ramps or have had any disability awareness training. However, I used a bus in Cardiff last week and I was really surprised by the experience. It went so well I will definitely be using the buses in Wales again soon.
