Evidence in the area

Lauren West from Cardiff says:

Airlines should always let me take my chair to the plane door as there is always a big discussion. They eventually let me take my chair to the plane in the end. It would be nice to not have to fight. Also it would be really good if it didn't take an hour for them to find my chair.

Jonathon Bishop from Pontypridd says:

Due to my disability I need someone to travel with me. All too often this means me paying for the ticket of the person travelling with me. It is too expensive to travel abroad on this basis.

Ryan Pascoe from Swansea says:

In a recent planned trip to Madame Tussauds, it wasn't until a few days before the trip when we called to make sure we had all the information correct, that we were advised that their disabled lift was broken. It actually transpired, after more questioning, that it had been down for weeks. All our plans went out the window and we had to make alternative arrangements.
