Airlines should always let me take my chair to the plane door as there is always a big discussion. They eventually let me take my chair to the plane in the end. It would be nice to not have to fight. Also it would be really good if it didn't take an hour for them to find my chair.

It actually transpired, after more questioning, that it had been down for weeks. All our plans went out the window and we had to make alternative arrangements.
