"Movie House Yorkgate has fantastic facilities for people who use a wheelchair. With the discount for carers on the presentation of a CEA card, they are very professional in their handling of the whole family. Where possible, they will make sure the whole family can sit together, and have lots of comfortable areas where wheelchair users can sit. During sell-out shows, if accessible seating is occupied, staff will ask people in the seats to move or will remove them from the cinema."

"There are extremely poor services at my local arena. I have repeatedly been refused accommodation on the ground floor and instead, because I am in a wheelchair, put at the back of the arena upstairs. I have tried to complain about the poor services for disabled people several times but they are rude to me."
