5 April 2012 All Party Parliamentary Group Meeting transcriptions published

Transcriptions taken from the APPG for Young Disabled People are published online today.

The All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) has held seven meetings over the past twelve months and received evidence from experts on access to transport, employment, higher education, cinemas and tourism so far.

Trailblazers campaigners continue to support the APPG by attending every session and delivering the findings of our national campaign reports.

In 2011 more than 80 Trailblazers  spoke at and put their questions and concerns to the assembled representatives from organisations including Virgin Trains, Transport for London, Odeon, Vue and Cineworld cinemas, First Bus, BAA Airports, The Student Loans Company and the National Union of Students.

Trailblazers will be working with Group chairman Paul Maynard MP over the coming weeks as we plan the dates and subject of upcoming meetings for the summer of 2012.
