In the afternoon, Trailblazers campaigners watched the screening of ‘A Life Worth Living: Pushing the limits of Duchenne' which has recently featured on Channel 4 News . Later on the he group had the opportunity to have a Q&A session with Jon about the making of the film.
Trailblazer, Sulaiman Khan said:
I really enjoyed the day and it was good to see some new faces. We had an opportunity to talk about the current campaigns at the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign and what they have done so far. Also, we talked about future campaigns and what we would like to see happening next. We also discussed how these regional group meetings could move forward.
It's nice to see that Trailblazers continues to grow.
Trailblazers have been running regional group meetings across the UK since July 2008.
