Trailblazer Sean Fitzsimons from Northern Ireland is no stranger to the challenges of seeking work as a highly qualified young disabled man.
Sean, who is part of the Trailblazers team working to reveal and highlight the issues that affect disabled people in Northern Ireland, has recently added an interesting and challenging article on employment and disability to our Campaign's MD blog.
Sean's blog is a thought provoking account of what he thinks governments, councils and employers could do to improve employment prospects for young disabled job seekers. He has also made a rallying cry to other would be campaigners to get in touch and work with him to raise awareness of the challenges.
