On Tuesday 27th July, Nick Clarke from the Disability Law Service joined London Trailblazers, explaining about the services they offer, and how Trailblazers could take advantage of their legal expertise.
The Disability Law Service (DLS) gives free specialist legal advice and information for disabled people, on disability related issues. Based in London, and providing advice and support nationwide, the DLS has lawyers who can explain if you have legal grounds to strengthen your arguments.
The DLS can provide specialist legal representation in the following fields:
• Education
• Accessing goods and services
• Claiming disability benefits
• Employment
• Getting health or social care services
