All Party Parliamentary Group for Young Disabled People

The All Party Parliamentary Group for Young Disabled People was launched in February 2011 by Paul Maynard MP for Blackpool and Clevelys.  

The group was set up to provide a Parliamentary platform for some of the social injustices experienced by young disabled people like Trailblazers. MPs and Peers can now question decision makers in the relevant fields and help to shape future policies.

Trailblazers have previously launched investigations and published reports on the following issues:

Public Transport 

Leisure Facilities 

Tourism

Employment

Higher Education

Cinemas

Disability Hate Crime and Harassment

Housing

Airlines
